Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will give you total authority over your e-mail accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a new mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, create e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and shield your email boxes against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mails based on certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and change the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Simply specify the electronic mail account you wish to forward email messages from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
